How it works
Stock is part of Wady Central, the paid system for kitchens in Qatar: one system for your stock, recipes, purchasing and kitchen costs. It fits one café, and it fits a group with outlets and a central kitchen. Ingredients and finished products sit on one list. Every balance opens to its full history: every movement, its reason and the document behind it. A negative balance is flagged, never hidden. Nothing is locked, and every fix is dated and visible.

A negative balance is a clue, not something to hide.
You get an alert when an item runs low, with the cost to refill it. If a balance drops below zero, it shows clearly, never hidden, because it is a clue: usually a delivery nobody entered.

Is stock only for raw ingredients?
No. Ingredients and finished products sit on the same list.
I typed a wrong number. Can I fix it?
Yes. Nothing is locked. Fix it with a new correction, dated and visible. Nothing gets erased.
I see a balance below zero. Why does it show?
Because it is a clue, usually a delivery nobody entered. That is why it is flagged, never hidden.
Not all my suppliers are on Wady. Does that affect receiving?
No. Receiving is confirming, not typing, whether your supplier is on Wady or not. A supplier not on Wady gets the purchase order by email.
What does it run on?
Any browser, on laptop or tablet. Every brand, outlet and kitchen sits in one account.
How much does Wady Central cost?
QAR 299 per outlet per month and QAR 499 per central kitchen per month, early adopter prices. There is no VAT in Qatar.

Does it connect to my POS?
It works alongside your POS and accounting. It does not connect to any POS by API yet.
Is it in Arabic, and is there a mobile app?
Today the interface is in English and runs in the browser on a laptop or tablet. An Arabic interface and a mobile app are planned.
