Wady Central

Plan from real orders, minus what you already hold.

Plan from real orders, minus what you already hold.

The production plan builds from real orders, minus what's already in stock.

Wady Central production plan from orders minus stock, with a sub-recipe included

How it works

Production is part of Wady Central, the paid system for kitchens in Qatar: one system for your stock, recipes, purchasing and kitchen costs. It fits one café, and it fits a group with outlets and a central kitchen. Sub-recipes are pulled in and rounded to real batches. Record a run: ingredients out, product in, at true recipe cost. And the chef stays in charge of the call.

Built from real orders, not a guess.

No guesswork in the plan. The orders are in front of you, what's already in the fridge comes off, and what's left is real batches, not fractions nobody can cook.

The purchase list already knows about trim.

The same plan produces the purchase list, trim already counted in and rounded to real sacks. Nobody works out trim by hand, and nobody forgets it.

What's actually used gets logged

What the cook used wins, every time.

What gets recorded is what was actually used, not what the recipe said. Reverse a run, and it reverses at that day's values. The chef makes the call, not a machine.

FAQ

Does the plan account for what's already in stock?

Yes. It starts from real orders and subtracts what you already hold before it asks for anything more.

Does the purchase list already account for waste in prep?

Yes, trim is counted in and quantities are rounded to real sacks, not a plain multiplication of the recipe.

What if the cook uses more than the recipe says?

What actually got used is what gets recorded. The real number wins over the written one.

Can I undo a production run I entered wrong?

Yes, reverse it in full, or in part.

Does the system decide how much to produce on its own?

No. It calculates and presents the numbers, the chef makes the call.
