Counts and waste is part of Wady Central, the paid system for kitchens in Qatar: one system for your stock, recipes, purchasing and kitchen costs. It fits one café, and it fits a group with outlets and a central kitchen. Count on paper or on screen, in sacks and grams. A blank line means not counted, and only a typed 0 means none. A shift's whole waste goes in with one entry, with your own reasons, and its cost shows in riyals.
