Your supplier who's on Wady, you connect with using a code or invite link, and your agreed prices are ready. Any other supplier, you add yourself in minutes, with their products and prices.

That's fine, you don't have to wait for them to join Wady. You add them yourself with their products and prices, in minutes. The purchase order goes to them by email and you get a copy of every one, so you can order everything from day one. Or give us your suppliers' names, and we'll bring them onto Wady, with your same prices unchanged.

On iPhone, Android and any browser. Search for Wady B2B on the App Store or Google Play, or open order.wady.ai from your laptop, and sign up or log in from there. Same system, same account, on laptop and on phone, and free on all of them.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes: you enter your business details, brands and outlets. Then you give us your suppliers' names, we bring them onto Wady, and whichever ones you want to add yourself, you add. After that, you place your next order from the app, and we train your team on it. And if you want, we set up everything for you, and you don't type a thing.

Can my team order too?

Yes. Everyone on your team has their own login, with Admin, Staff and Contributor roles, and every order shows who placed it. All your brands and outlets are under one account for your business, you switch between outlets in one tap, you can connect one supplier to more than one outlet, and you know how much each outlet spent with each supplier.

Do suppliers see each other's prices? And is Wady a marketplace?

Wady is not a marketplace. We just digitize the relationships you already have, and we don't get between you and your supplier. Prices are set per customer, and you order at the prices you agreed with each supplier. A supplier's code expires after three days. Wady carries the order and keeps it organized. The supplier accepts it, delivers it and collects the money.

Does it replace my POS?

No. Wady works alongside your POS and accounting, it doesn't replace them, and your suppliers and prices stay the same. The Purchase System is where your orders from your suppliers live, every order, price and expense stays saved in it, and you can go back and search it anytime.
